fDeploy Professional is $2,900 / €2,700 per year, per fDeploy Server instance. That covers unlimited projects, unlimited deployment targets and unlimited users. There are no add-ons and nothing else to buy.

Octopus Cloud lists at $10 per deployment target per month, so the bill scales with the number of machines you deploy to. Volume discounts apply at higher target counts, so real Octopus pricing at large scale is lower than list. fDeploy is $2,900 per year flat. Octopus does not publish pricing for self-hosted Octopus Server, so we make no claims about it.

No. Every tier, including Community, includes unlimited deployment targets. The licence metric is the fDeploy Server instance, so the number of machines you deploy to does not affect the price.

Yes, and there always will be: we will always ship a free community edition. fDeploy Community has the same capabilities as Professional, with unlimited projects, deployment targets and users. It is free for organisations with annual revenue under $1M / €900k, and is a direct download with no account, no email address and no licence request.

Yes. Community is licensed for commercial use in production, deploying your company's software to your production servers, provided your organisation's annual revenue is under $1M / €900k. It is not restricted to hobby projects, evaluation, or internal tools, and there is no clause limiting it to non-commercial use.

Any organisation whose annual revenue, counted together with any affiliates, is under $1M / €900k, commercial companies included. Separately, personal use, education, non-production and evaluation use, and non-commercial open-source work are free regardless of size. Nothing is feature-limited: Community is the same build as Professional, and the difference is support and eligibility, not capability.

We do not. The software does not measure revenue, phone home, or restrict anything, and there is no audit clause. The threshold is stated in the Product Terms and compliance rests with the licensee. If you cross it, buy a licence.

Yes. A perpetual licence for one fDeploy Server instance is $7,250 / €6,750 and never expires. Annual maintenance, which covers new versions, is optional at $1,450 / €1,350 per year. If you stop paying maintenance, the version you own continues to run. There is no licence server to contact and no kill switch.

A perpetual licence keeps working. fDeploy is self-hosted with no cloud dependency and no licence check against our servers, so your installation is unaffected by anything that happens to us. Enterprise agreements can additionally include source code escrow.

Yes. We invoice in USD or EUR and accept bank transfer. EU business customers outside Sweden are invoiced under the reverse charge procedure with no VAT applied, provided you supply a valid VAT identification number. Swedish customers are invoiced with Swedish VAT.

Accredited academic institutions and registered non-profit organisations, at $1,450 / €1,350 per year. That is half the Professional price, with identical entitlements and async email support instead of 8/5. We verify by institutional email domain where we can, or by manual review on request.

Professional includes 8/5 support, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 CET. fDeploy runs as a single server instance and we do not offer clustered high availability. Multiple instances, a contractual SLA and source code escrow are available under an Enterprise agreement.
